She started out working in the hospital care setting, providing nutrition education and care for patients in both inpatient and outpatient environments.

She was the primary outpatient pediatric dietitian with a large healthcare provider, seeing children from 0-18 and working with families on whatever nutrition concern occurred. She also focused on preventative health through facilitating nutrition classes for both children and parents.

She has worked with adults with a variety of medical conditions and has also taught classes for lifestyle change and nutritional balance.

She has worked extensively with eating disorder recovery patients since 2012. She worked with an outpatient eating disorder clinic at for almost 9 years partnering with doctors and therapists to help patients in recovery. She saw patients of varying ages (adults, teens and children) with all different types of eating disorders including: anorexia, arfid, binging, bulimia and eating disorder-NOS.

She has also worked as a virtual dietitian doing intensive outpatient therapy with an eating disorder company assisting patients with recovery.

She has taught at the college level.
